HealthcareFull M&E package for a major NHS hospital wing — HVAC, medical gas, plumbing, fire doors, and electrical across 80,000 sq ft of live healthcare environment. Works were phased to maintain full ward operation throughout.
EducationComplete building services and construction package for a new 1,200-pupil secondary school — delivered on programme for the local authority. Vantage acted as principal contractor, self-delivering all M&E trades.
CommercialMechanical, electrical, and roofing works for a 6-storey commercial office development for a private building contractor. Included full BMS integration and EV charging infrastructure.
EducationPhased refurbishment of a 420-pupil primary school during term time — new heating system, ventilation, electrical upgrade, and fire door replacement programme across the entire building.
